April M. Mosby (Patent Counsel)

With over 20 years of Patent Prosecution, Patent Licensing, and Appellate experience, April has protected Fortune 100 client’s products and services in a timely, cost-efficient manner. In particular, April has prepared prosecuted and maintained over 400 domestic and international patent applications (drafting over 60 Prevailing Appeal Briefs and over 600 Amendment Responses). During her tenure at the USPTO on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, she drafted over 500 Appellate Decisions in the software, telecommunications and electrical arts. April's current practice also includes Trademark and Copyright Prosecution.
